Revision List
The next step after to creating the sheets and assigning the views is to go to the Revision List tab. In this step, you can assign each sheet a revision phase.
Revisions
If you haven’t set up revisions for the current project, click on the Revisions button to manage them first.

Filter by V/S Sets
After organizing the revisions, you can apply filters by sets to make the work process easier and assign the correct revision to each sheet.

Assign Revisions to the sheets
In the Revisions column, open the list and choose the revision for each sheet.

By default, the table have the sheet number, name, revisions, current revision, current revision date and current revision description columns, but if you want click in the header column with the right mouse button, and choose more columns to add to the table.

Import/Export
If you have several sheets, this tool makes editing much easier. Export an Excel file, edit it as you want, then import it into SheetGen and update the revisions. Edit it to the name as you wish, then import it into SheetGen and update the views.

- Export the excel file from view list.

- Once you have edited the Excel file, import it to SheetGen.

Clear Staging
Click on the Clear Staging button, and clear the staging cached modifications.

With this tool, only changes that have not yet been applied will be cleared. Changes that have been applied cannot be cleared.
